Our Story

Bay Area, California based Reggae band – High Expectations (HEM) brings a unique soulful, experimental, and hip-hop touch to their musical vibe.

They began stirring up their west coast sound in a reggae fashion after they picked up their instruments in high school. As time went on, they all began crafting multi-instrumental reggae music, which quickly grew into a passion.

While  young in the reggae scene, High Expectations has already impacted many musical minds throughout the world being featured on radio stations in Hawaii, California, Jamaica, and much more! They've also been double-featured on High Stereo Love, which features some of the best reggae music in the world.

High Expectations is on a mission to bring you hard-hitting, mind f*cking soulful vibes through their unique developed sound. They are an energizing band when it comes to their musical styles and collaborations.
